Ponta da Piedade in Lagos has been singled out as “what could very well be the most beautiful beach on Earth” by American online newspaper The Huffington Post.
In a small article filled with photos, the writer actually says the spot “is kind of hard to look at, it’s so beautiful”.
Also highlighted are the “rock cliffs that are so high they almost touch the blue sky, oodles of caves, grottoes and arches and crystal-clear water”.
