They usually take a back seat in the band but drummers from across the board are making a noise about Sudan to help increase awareness about the violence in the country.
Phil Selway from Radiohead, Stewart Copeland from the Police, Nick Mason of Pink Floyd, Jonny Quinn from Snowpatrol and Caroline Corr of the Corrs have all come together to show their support of the cause and feature in a video for the campaign.
Human Rights Watch and Save Darfur have also organised drumming events in 15 cities worldwide, including a demonstration outside Downing Street that took place earlier this month.
