Be part of the Churchill experience

There are still a limited number of voluntary positions that need to be filled for Churchill – The Musical, the world premier of which is due to take place on October 1 at Lagoa Auditorium.

Trevor Holman, one of the writers of the show, said: “We are looking for four male and four female dancers who will be able to dance the Lindy Hop and the Jitter Bug.

“We are also looking for a girl and a boy, both around one metre in height, to take part in non speaking roles.”

Anyone wanting to take part in the production will need to commit themselves to all the shows with daily rehearsals from September 23.

Organisers of the show are also looking for corporate sponsorship for the musical.

If you are interested in joining the production or would like to become a sponsor, please call Trevor Holman on 917 010 189.

Meanwhile, the Algarve Resident, in association with Churchill – The Musical, is looking for a talented designer in the Algarve to come up with a poster for the musical that will then be showcased internationally as part of the promotions for the world premier in October.
