Algarve children’s charity ACCA is again holding its annual Angel Programme to buy Christmas gifts for children in need.
The charity, which focuses on the needs of underprivileged children across the region, works closely with institutions, schools and community centres to ensure that the most needy get a special gift from Santa. And that is where you come in, by being an Angel.
ACCA relies on individuals and sponsoring companies to take the name of a child or a list of children, and to buy them a present.
“By being an Angel, you will be making a real difference to a child who rarely experiences the joy of opening a gift of their own,” said the charity. “The children’s appreciation of your kindness is overwhelming.”
