ACCA’s annual Angel Programme provides an opportunity to those who want to make a difference. The charity, which focuses on the needs of the underprivileged children across the Algarve, works closely with institutions, schools and community centres to ensure that the most needy get a special gift from Santa. ACCA relies on individuals and sponsoring companies to take the name of a child, or a list of children, and to buy a present that will make their dreams come true. It is that simple and that worthwhile.
ACCA has details of more than 2,000 children on its Christmas Wish List. Those wishes are not large, but the children’s appreciation of your kindness is overwhelming.
