The 70th anniversary of the Battle of Britain is to be celebrated by guests and members of the Royal British Legion during a lunch to be held on September 15 at the Holiday Inn Algarve in Armação de Pêra.
Before the lunch, there will be a presentation by a serving member of the Royal Air Force (RAF) who is attached to NATO in celebration of the anniversary from 11.30am in the Raj Restaurant.
Lunch will be served from 1pm and costs 20 Euros per person.
