Bank regulator the Bank of Portugal has created an online form for people to “denounce infractions committed by credit institutions and finance companies”. In a statement, it explained that the form is not aimed at bank customers, as these already have a form on the BdP website. This new form is specifically aimed at people who have knowledge of “serious indications” of transgressions, and can be filled out anonymously.
The form can be found under “Mecanismo de Participação de Infrações” on the BdP website.
