NINETIES TEEN idols, Backstreet Boys, have announced that they will perform in Lisbon on November 11 at the Pavilhão Atlântico.
The US boy band enjoyed a string of hit records in the late 90s and, just when you thought – or perhaps hoped – they had disappeared, the group has announced a comeback world tour to promote their new album, Never Gone.
But have their screaming female fans remained loyal, or are hits like As Long As You Love Me and I Want It That Way just an embarrassing memory and part of a CD collection now hidden in the attic?
The band was absolutely huge at one time and Backstreet Boys have sold a whopping 70 million albums worldwide! They can also claim to have had several sold out tours over the years.
