Loulé’s Archaeology Museum reopened on Tuesday (March 18) after two months’ maintenance work on the remains of its old medieval building, which had been untouched throughout and was in urgent need of attention. Anyone interested to see the results of the painstaking clean-up, can visit the museum in Rua Dom Paio Peres Correia next to the castle Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm and on Saturdays from 9am to 2pm and 3pm-5pm.
