Pestana Group has received the accolade of Fractional Award winner at the Fractional Life Award ceremony held last week in London.
Chosen as winner by the Fractional Life judging panel, the Pestana Group was congratulated as “a very accomplished real estate and hospitality all-rounder, with quality of service and fairly priced product at the core of everything it does.”
Accepting the award, Peter Statham (pictured in the centre), Sales and Marketing Director of Pestana Golf Resorts, said: “Pestana Golf Resorts are proud to have achieved such an honour and are pleased that a panel of worldwide fractional property experts decided that Pestana offers an innovative and excellent fractional system.”
The fractional system allows an individual or corporate entity to own a fraction of a property. Unlike a timeshare where time is purchased, with a fractional scheme you actually buy a fraction of the freehold and therefore own real estate.
“The Pestana four-owner share option allows a person to buy a quarter share, which, in turn, gives a quarter share of usage and more importantly only a quarter share of costs,” said Peter Statham.
At the moment, fractional golf property on the Gramacho and Pinta Golf Resorts just outside Carvoeiro is available starting at prices starting from €45,000.
