Dear Editor,
The collection of tolls is too complicated. I am in the Eastern Algarve, with my family, for five months spread throughout the year.
My simple answer will be to manage without the A22 as I did over 20 years ago. No long trips to distant towns or Spain in future. Since the London Congestion charge, I have not spent one penny there.
