Auxiliary bishop of Lisbon meets Sylvester Stallone in the Vatican

Portugal’s auxiliary bishop of Lisbon, D. Américo Aguiar – the man who represented the Portuguese Church in the organisation of World Youth Day last month – got an unexpected surprise on his latest visit to the Vatican… he found himself face-to-face with American action hero Sylvestor Stallone. Mr Stallone was apparently also visiting the Pope, “with some family members”. Not wasting the moment, Bishop Aguiar posted the ‘happy surprise’ on Instagram… The man on the left in the picture is Frank Stallone, Sylvester’s brother. The Vatican also recorded the Pope’s meeting with Mr Stallone over ‘X’ (formerly Twitter)
