The Vila Vita Biergarten restaurant in Porches is celebrating the arrival of autumn with a menu entirely dedicated to game season specialities, to be enjoyed until November 15.
The typically autumnal menu includes delicacies such as the complete and much-appreciated Game Board, ideal to be shared as a starter; the wild boar stew with mustard à l’Ancienne, vegetables and chestnuts, as a main dish; and for dessert, the chestnut and mushroom pudding with tangerine jam.
The game season menu can be enjoyed at the same time as the regular menu, which is also available. Both can be paired with a selection of German and artisanal beers, such as the Porches Craft Beer.

The VILA VITA Metzgerei butcher is also open from Tuesdays to Saturdays, where premium meat cuts from Herdade dos Grous in the Alentejo are transformed by Master Butcher Thomas Weber into German specialities and other delicatessen.
The Biergarten is located by the Porches roundabout (EN125).
