Authorities have detected a site on the Darkweb specialising in selling ‘declarations’ which allow people holding them to avoid lockdown limitations – particularly when it comes to the weekend confinement to boroughs of residence.
Say reports, the declarations have been changing hands for €40, payable by Multibanco. For the time being, it is not known how many people are circulating freely with these false declarations, nor who is behind the scam.
