This Easter, Vila Vita Parc’s Home & Away delivery service suggests a “bounteous and delicious brunch” to be savoured at length and without any preparation distractions, so that all the quality time can be devoted to the most important thing: “a family celebration, as the occasion calls for”.
The chefs at Vila Vita propose a comprehensive menu, rich in flavours, with a variety of starters including bread rolls and viennoiserie, homemade granola with bio yoghurt, prawn spring rolls, cheese and onion empanadas, mini lobster baos and spinach salad with almonds, pomegranate and goat cheese – to name but a few. This is followed by a choice of main course, between traditional fresh cod in “papillote” or roast leg of kid.
To top it all, the typical “Folar de Olhão“, among other sweet delicacies, such as stuffed chocolate eggs for children and adults, all prepared by the resort’s Pastry Chefs.
This brunch menu is only available for Easter weekend, from April 15 (Good Friday) to April 17 (Easter Sunday), and deliveries take place between 11am and 2pm. Orders can be placed from the first week of April and, if closer to the date, must be 72 hours in advance.
