FOLLOWING LAST year’s successful Buying and Selling Property Seminar, AFPOP is repeating it this year at the Hotel Vila Galé Ampalius in Vilamoura, on Wednesday, May 10, at 10am.
Dr. Eduardo Serra Jorge and his associates will advise you about the legal requirements necessary to buy or sell a property in Portugal. They will cover topics such as the documents you will need, what to look for in those documents, the promissory contract, taxes that must be paid (including a brief explanation of the tax itself), the registration process, the Deeds, what is the Ficha Técnica de Habitação, and how to know if an estate agent is legal to work.
If you are considering buying or selling a property in Portugal now, or if you want to be informed for the future, you cannot afford to miss this seminar. The lawyers will also be available for an open question and answer session at the end.
