ACA-M, the association of auto-mobilised citizens, is continuing in its fight to get former minister of interior administration Eduardo Cabrita tried by a court of law over the tragic death of motorway roadworker a year ago. “Society has to understand that people cannot behave in the way Dr Eduardo Cabrita behaved”, ACA-M’s lawyer Paulo Graça has told reporters. Under ministerial law, he was the person in charge of the BMW that hit and killed Nuno Santos, says the association, and irrespective of the fact the Public Ministry doesn’t see the situation this way, the association does.
