On the road again!
Leaving from the meeting point in Silves, the motorcycle riders of the Algarve Senior Bikers (ASB) took to the hills over to Nave Redonda. From there, they continued north to visit the Santa Clara Country Hotel for a break for coffee and chance to admire and photograph the spectacular views of the lake from the hotel terrace high above the dam.
After spending time there, they enjoyed the quiet roads of the Lower Alentejo before returning south via São Marcos and São Bartolomeu de Messines to lunch at Casa da Vinha restaurant in Vale Fuzeiros, owned by Chef Carla Marquez.
Excellent lunch with service provided by Ana Cabrita and Co. The array of desserts proved to be very popular with the diners.
