The very popular annual Christmas fair Artenata will take place in the small fishing village of Ferragudo this weekend (December 1-3).
Featuring dozens of exhibitors, the event is held as usual in the main Rainha D. Leonor square. There will be stalls selling everything from artworks and handicrafts to regional sweets, wines and liquors.
Artenata’s entertainment programme includes musical performances, face painting, bouncy castles and other activities for children.
The fair opens at 10am and closes at 8pm. Entrance is free.
