The second ‘Art @ the MAG’ art exhibition will be launched this Thursday (December 12) at the Magnolia Hotel in Quinta do Lago.
Organised by the hotel alongside Omey Projects, it will feature Amsterdam-based artist B.D. Graft’s “back-to-basic” style collages and Portuguese artist Carolina Sardinha’s explorations of organic compositions.
B.D. Graft is a German artist who lives and works in Amsterdam and who expresses herself artistically mainly through collages and paintings by exploring concepts such as the pursuit of happiness.
Carolina Sardinha owns her own studio in Lisbon and her works are usually organic compositions which are “in constant mutation”.
The exhibition will be on display at the hotel’s lobby and run until the end of February 2020. It is open to all, although those interested in attending the inauguration ceremony at 6.30pm must book their place.
