Animation feature movie Madagascar 3 was the most viewed movie in cinema screens in Portugal last year, leading the way with more than 632,000 viewers and €3.7 million in gross ticket sales. In second place was fantasy movie The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 with nearly 525,000 viewers and €2.7 million in ticket revenue.
The third most watched movie was Ice Age 4: Continental Drift, with just over 507,000 spectators and €3 million in gross ticket sales.
