Animal rescuers and PSP police save 25 animals from filthy lock-up garage and warehouse

A complaint to police led PSP agents to a filthy lock-up garage and warehouse in Lisbon in which around 25 ‘sick and uncared for animals’ were living among ‘piles of bicycles’, a number of them stolen, and general detritus. IRA has managed to remove the animals to a shelter, where they will be treated and sterilised. The lock-up and warehouse have been ‘locked up’, and are now the property of the State.
