Dear Editor,
I read the article about the Rogil animals last week and am frankly shocked that nothing seems to have happened to the owner as he is still allowed to keep dogs! This is truly shocking. My real concern here is that no governmental entity or law enforcement authority seems to care.
Ok, you might say that there are more important issues to be concerned about, such as health and education. But don’t forget that a society that is respectful of animals and their wellbeing is a society that is sensitive to all types of problems, thus making for better citizens who lead the nation to a brighter future.
