Event closes Vila Vita’s 30th anniversary celebrations

Vila Vita Parc’s 30th anniversary celebrations will come to a close on October 19 with the final night of the ‘La Bela France’ dinner series at the resort’s Bela Vita Brasserie & Bar restaurant. Chef Vincent Maillard will be flying in from France to head the special gastronomic evening.

Currently living in the heart of the French Riviera, Vincent Maillard of Vista restaurant at Lily of the Valley Hotel is known for his menu combining a variety of local flavours characteristic of the sunny Mediterranean region, with a flair of Provence.

The fresh flavours of the Mediterranean are in line with the philosophy of Bela Vita Brasserie & Bar, where national and regional products are prepared with French techniques to celebrate both cuisines. Chefs in charge at Bela Vita are Paulo Florentino and Luís Rodrigues, who promise a memorable evening of French and Portuguese cuisine.

Dinner will start at 7pm, with a tasting menu for €95/pp and the possibility of wine pairing (Château Minuty) for €55/pp.
