The Algarve’s Municipalities Association (AMAL) has announced the approval of a €4 million budget for 2020, with most of the money going into adapting to climate change and investing in mobility and forest conservation.
2020 will be a particularly important year for the association as it will be the first year AMAL acts as the Algarve’s “regional transportation authority”, managing the region’s public transportation network.
