Amadora ‘argument’ sees man shot in arm

A man was shot in the arm yesterday next to café Brandoa, in Amadora. The circumstances that led to the incident are being investigated. Everything points to an argument, says Correio da Manhã, which has also reported on another incident in which a 23-year-old was shot in both legs in what looks like a ‘high speed drive by shooting’ from a passing car in Cacém, Sintra. Again, police are investigating, but “none of the witnesses cooperated” with agents called to the scene, adds the paper.
