Altura will host an Easter fair on March 26-27 near the small town’s Avenida 24 de Junho roundabout.
Starting at 10am, there will be stalls selling sweets, handicrafts and several other local products.
At 3pm, children will be able to enjoy workshops on face-painting and making ‘folares’ (Portuguese Easter cakes) as well as play laser tag.
An hour later, musical entertainment will be provided by ‘Mato Bravo’ on Saturday and ‘Leões a Cantar o Alentejo’ on Sunday.
Admission is free.
