Take a trip to Alte in Loulé on August 11 and be part of a special annual event – the re-enactment of a traditional wedding ceremony followed by a folk dance party.
The ‘wedding ceremony’, starting at 6pm at Fonte Grande, aims to revive one of the Algarve’s most genuine traditions. Live music and stalls selling local foods will also be available.
