Regarding Amanda Walker’s request for information on Aloe Vera juice, Aldi has been selling litre bottles of the pure juice for €3.99 for a while now.
I believe it can still be found in Alcantarilha. Not sure about weight loss but can verify its calming effect on IBS.
Can’t do without it.

I would like to respond to Amanda Walker’s request to obtain Aloe Vera juice.
The plants grow wild everywhere here. Extract Aloe Vera juice from an Aloe plant by cracking open a branch of the plant over a bowl and pressing the juice out. Aloe Vera juice can also be squeezed directly onto the skin for wounds or burns, especially good for sunburn.

Having read the report about the benefits of taking Ale Vera Juice, I would very much like to try it, but I have no idea where in Albufeira you can buy it.
