A charity initiative organised by a restaurant chain in Almancil has raised €10,000 for Monchique firefighters.
The money was collected last Saturday (September 17) and involved the day’s takings at Cocina Natural, Gourmet Natural and Parrilla Natural (Vale do Lobo) and the Wild Fire Smokehouse and Grill at Vila Sol in Vilamoura.
The group will be officially presenting firefighters with the money next week.
