Almancil art gallery presents collective show ‘Fresh Colours’

A new art exhibition called ‘Fresh Colours’ featuring dozens of works by local artists will be inaugurated at 7pm this Thursday (August 20) at Almancil’s Fresco art gallery.

Exhibiting artists include Jessica Dunn with her abstract paintings, Teresa Sofia Paulino who will exhibit nine sculptures, Evelyn Brader-Frank who will also exhibit her sculptures, Rui Pedro, Sen & Friends.

There will also be live music and drinks during the inaugural ceremony, which will run until 11pm, as well as a solo presentation by Meinke Flesseman in the Fresco project room next door.

The exhibition will last until the end of October. Admission is free, but anyone interested in visiting should send an email beforehand (art@fresco.gallery.com) in order to help organisers track visitor numbers due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The art gallery is located on Estrada das Escanchinas in Edifício Irbosol, off Almancil’s main Avenida 5 de Outubro road.
