THE ALLGARVE campaign launch, scheduled to take place in Vilamoura last Saturday, was called off by the national tourism authority, Turismo de Portugal.
According to a press statement, Turismo de Portugal “considers that this is not the right moment to hold a presentation/launch party for the Allgarve entertainment programme”.
It is thought that, as in the case of the cancelled launch in London, the reason is due to the Madeleine case.
