Algarvian flavours in Lisbon

The Algarve’s Chef Micael Valentim (right) will be joining Chef Vasco Lello (left) at the Flores do Bairro restaurant in the Bairro Alto Hotel in Lisbon for a special dinner on November 16 at 9pm.

The two chefs will be creating gastronomic creations inspired by Algarvian flavours.
Chef Micael works from his kitchen at O Terraço restaurant at Martinhal Beach Resort & Hotel in Sagres and has a vast experience preparing culinary delights using the freshest ingredients found in the Algarve.

Menu

Starters: John Dory filet and roe in a bread stew, and Sea bass from the Costa Vicentina with Algarvian carrot puree;
Main course: wild boar tenderloin marinated with orange and sweet potato from Aljezur;
Dessert: creamy chocolate and carob, Greek yoghurt mousse and a hint of orange ice cream.

Price is €60 per person excluding drinks.
