In the top of the table clash, Cats on their home ground were favourites to beat second place Amigos, which they duly did 6-2 to extend their lead to seven points, now having 35.
Tigers maintained their third place in the League by beating Rangers at PDF by 6-2 and they are still one point ahead of Harlequins who beat their fellow Alvor team, Greens by 6-2.
Greens stay in 5th place on 22 points, three ahead of Foresters who were resting but stay in 6th place 1 point ahead of Gladiators who defeated Huntsmen by 8-0 at Alvor. Huntsmen and Rangers are in 8th and 9th places on 9 and 8 points respectively.
There are now three more rounds to play before the break for Christmas.
