Algarve travel

A promotional campaign carried out by low-cost British airline led to the company transporting more than 100,000 Britons to the Algarve this summer.

The company sold around 25,000 holiday packages to the region, bringing around 110,000 Britons to the Algarve between May and July.  

Marketing tools used by the campaign included internet advertisements and the written press in Manchester, Leeds and Blackpool in the UK. also worked with Portugal’s national tourism board to increase the flow of tourists from the UK to Portugal.
