A team from the Algarve Tourism Association (ATA) is currently in Dubai taking part in the 13th CONFEC RED, one of the most important events for the meetings, incentives, conferencing and exhibitions (MICE) segment.
The event promotes interaction between UK buyers and international suppliers.
In a press release, the ATA announced that various online initiatives promoting the Algarve on the CONFEC RED website have led to 20 meetings being arranged between European suppliers and the 100 top UK buyers.
“This event represents a powerful networking opportunity in the business segment, enabling the Algarve to interact with the most important international players,” said ATA.
