Algarve Tourism Association promotes region among British event organisers

The Algarve Tourism Association (ATA) held an online showcase last week that aimed to promote the region as a destination for international events among 33 British event organisers.

The event, called Algarve Virtual Destination Showcase, allowed the association as well as Faro Airport to promote the region’s best assets and put event organisers in contact with local companies.

Says ATA, the event was a success and helped increase the region’s international visibility.
