THE INTERNATIONAL dance competition, Dançarte, is being hosted in the Algarve for the fourth time.
It will be staged at the Teatro das Figuras in Faro from March 23 to 25.
Covering classical, contemporary and character dance, the competition is for dancers aged between eight and 20 years of age. There are various categories including soloists, duets and group the competition acts as the national qualifier for the Dance World Cup, taking place in Yalta, Ukraine later this year.
Application forms are available at www.cda.online.pt, registration must be made by February 10.
