June 21 will see another day of glamour at Vila Vita Parc, near Porches, with the return of Glamour Algarve from 11am to 6.30pm. In 2011, the event was a great success and this year promises even more.
The day will offer local residents the opportunity to sample the luxury food, health and lifestyle options available at the region’s leading five-star hotel.
Highlights of Glamour Algarve will include a special make-over area with make-up tips, massages and beauty demonstrations from leading international suppliers; fashion shows, photo shoots and glamorous guest competitions; trips to visit Vila Vita’s private yacht and underground wine cellar; an array of food and beverage ideas from the hotel’s extensive selection of restaurants and bars; and a charity auction with the chance to bid for superb prizes including gourmet dinners, yacht cruises, and overnight stays in the Algarve and Alentejo

Entry to Glamour Algarve is €25, with all proceeds from the entrance fee and the auction donated to the Algarve Oncology Association (AOA). The AOA is a vibrant charity which helps heighten awareness of cancer and carries out support for sufferers as well as raise much needed funds to support patients in the Algarve.
A special VIP Glamour Pass is also available (priced €150) which will allow guests to join a small select group in Ocean Restaurant for a degustation lunch and full wine pairing, and receive VIP treatment throughout the day.
And as this year marks Vila Vita Parc’s 20th anniversary, the hotel will be offering a special glamour overnight rate at 1992 prices: a double room including breakfast for only €149. The rate may be booked for a maximum of two nights as long as one is June 21.
