THE ALGARVE will take pride of place at the 2009 Lisbon Tourism Fair (BTL’09), the most important annual exhibition for the industry in Portugal.
The Bolsa de Turismo de Lisboa (BTL’09) will run from January 21 to 25 at the Lisbon International Fairs Centre (FIL) in Parque das Nações.
This year, the Algarve stand will be bigger than in previous years, with a total area of 2,000 square metres, and is expected to have more events to entertain visitors.
This includes the Algarve pavilion selling promotional weekend packages directly to the public during the fair.
Many countries have already confirmed their presence, including Paraguay, Croatia and Colombia, who will be present for the first time.
