For the eighth year running, Superbike FIM World Championship will be bringing many of the world’s best riders to the Algarve for a sizzling weekend.
Taking place at Portimão’s AIA (Algarve International Autodrome) between Friday, June 5 and Sunday, June 7, the event will feature five racing classes – Superbike, Supersport, Stocksport 1000, Stocksport 600 and European Junior Class.
In the Superbike category, Northern Irish racer Jonathan Rea (Kawasaki) leads the championship with 280 points followed by Englishmen Leon Haslam (Red Devils Aprilia) with 179 and Tom Sykes (Kawasaki) with 178.
The championships of the remaining classes are led by Kenan Sofuoğlu (Supersport), Lorenzo Savadori (Stocksport 1000), Toprak Razgatlioglu (Stocksport 600) and Javier Orellana (EJC).
