Algarve flavours

Eighty restaurants across the Algarve will be taking part in a food festival organised by the Algarve tourism board between June 6 and 14, to promote the range of foods and wines available in the region.

Traditional dishes of the Algarve including clams, wild boar stew, seafood rice and speciality desserts will be accompanied by red, white and rosé wines from the region and served in the designated restaurants.
