The Algarve has presented 13 nominations for this year’s Publituris Trade Awards.
Lagos and Loulé are in the running for ‘Best Council’ while Vilamoura is looking to clinch the title of ‘Best Marina’ for the seventh time with Lagos, Portimão and Albufeira in hot contention.
Guia’s Zoomarine (Best Theme Park) and Albufeira’s Salgados Palace & Congress Center (Best Congress Establishment) are also bidding to reclaim their titles from last year.
Other Algarve nominees include Vila Joya (for Best Exclusive Hotel); Conrad Algarve and Vila Vita Parc Resort & Spa (Best Luxury Hotel); and Fazenda Nova Country House and Pensão Agrícola (Best Rural Hotel).
Publituris’ award ceremony will be held on Wednesday, March 15 at the KeyforTravel auditorium at FIL in Lisbon.
Voting is open until this Friday (March 10) with winners to be decided through jury votes (60%) and Publituris’ newsletter subscribers.
