Real Living, the real estate franchise which has replaced GMAC Imobiliária, has announced plans to increase the presence of the company in the Algarve.
Already there are four Real Living offices in the central area of the Algarve and now the company has revealed that it is looking to open new branches in both the west and the east of the Algarve. General Director of Real Living, Pedro Ribeiro, said: “The coastal region of the Algarve is a very attractive market for Real Living and has remarkable potential for growth, however we want to do this safely and sustainably within our business.”
Real Living currently has 13 agencies across Portugal and has plans to open three more in September, with a further 15 scheduled for 2011.
