Lusitano FC (VRSA) won the Algarve Cup in dramatic style against Quarteirense at the Estádio José Arcanjo, Olhão last Saturday. Underdogs Quarteirense were drawing 1-1 when they had a player sent-off on the hour mark but held out until the last minute when Lusitano grabbed the winner.
