A concert by Iberian Express, a four man band founded in Amsterdam in 2008, is taking place at Herdade da Corte Country House in Tavira on September 2 at 7.30pm.
This is the first time Iberian Express has played in Portugal, after several concerts in Holland and Spain.
The band, which is releasing its first CD this year, is composed of Gianni Gagliardi from New York (sax), Enric Peinado from Barcelona (guitar), João Hasselberg from Lisbon (double bass) and Rui Pereira, also from Lisbon (drums).
Herdade da Corte has been chosen by the band members as the perfect backdrop for the photograph and video sessions for their CD cover and live concert trailer, respectively.
Entrance is free with attendees paying just for what they eat (tapas) and drink.
