Algarve Chefs Week ends on Sunday

Algarve Chefs Week will come to a close on Sunday (May 15).

Since this 6th edition of the event was launched last week, 12 chefs from some of the Algarve’s best restaurants and hotels have been serving “delicious and unique” menus including their own versions of ceviche – a dish made from fresh raw fish cured in citrus juices.

The Peruvian dish was chosen as its core ingredients are commonly found in the Algarve (fresh fish and citrus fruits).

Each of the hotels will be open for dinner until Sunday, with menus costing €30 (drinks not included).

As in previous events, €1 of the price of each meal will be donated to the CASA charity in Faro which supports people in need throughout the Algarve.
