Cats thumped Huntsmen at home by 8-0 and extended their lead at the top of the table to 14 points leaving Huntsmen at the bottom on 21.
Greens climbed back into second place on 61 points after beating Tigers 6-2, and Harlequins, who had a rest day, are just one point behind. Tigers slipped back into fourth place on 58 points so the real battle seems to be – who will finish runners up to the Cats?
Amigos had another good day beating Rangers by 8-0 and are now fifth on 56 points, one ahead of Foresters who beat Gladiators by 6-2. Gladiators stay in seventh place on 36 points, 10 ahead of Rangers.
That completes 14 rounds of the League and there are just four left to play before the final day on March 10. Graham Worrall
