Congratulations are in order as AlgarHouse has received this summer the PME-Líder 2018 award.
PME-Líder status is an official recognition seal created by IAPMEI (Instituto de Apoio às Pequenas e Médias Empresas e à Inovação – an institution founded in 1975 by the Portuguese government to support small and medium-sized enterprises or SMEs). It recognises and honours those SMEs that distinguish themselves in terms of management, results and innovation.
“This is the recognition of our daily labour. Ever since AlgarHouse was founded we work every day to meet all the needs and requirement of our customers with an above and beyond approach to everything we do”, says managing partner Paulo Fernandes. “A big thank you to all our customers for without them this would not have been possible”, he adds.
The award is presented in collaboration with the Portuguese Tourism Agency and a number of partner banks, based on the best ratings, economic and financial performances. This IAPMEI program is also designed to increase the efficiency of the bank brokerage process and to strengthen the expansion of the capital market to the medium-sized companies.
In 2016 the PME-Líder initiative won the European Enterprise Promotion Awards (EEPA) competition in the Business Environment Development category, recognising it as a pioneering and innovative initiative that has a strong impact on corporate finance and on SMEs’ development, as well as on improving the flow of information in the marketplace.
