A new vehicle equipped to carry people with reduced mobility has been purchased for Alcoutim’s old people’s home by the humanitarian association of the town’s volunteer firefighters.
The van cost €47,000, €35,000 of which was covered by charity support programme ‘Mais Para Todos’, while the remaining €12,000 was provided by civic funds.
